Website analytics
Checking your current setting.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics starts off. Choosing "Turn analytics back on" overrides that signal for this website.
What analytics does
Analytics shows us which pages people visit, what they click and where they get stuck, so we can improve the website. We use PostHog for this. It records pages viewed, clicks on links and buttons, heatmaps of where people click and scroll, your device and browser type, and your approximate city. It doesn't record what you type into our forms.
When analytics is off, PostHog doesn't run on this website in this browser, and if you send us an enquiry it isn't added to our analytics or linked to your visits. We still receive your enquiry and use it to respond to you.
Advertising measurement
Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) help us see which of our ads bring people to the website and lead to enquiries. They use the cookies listed in our privacy statement. If you send us an enquiry, we may give Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number so it can match your enquiry to an ad click. Your message and your answers are never shared with them.
The switch above also turns off Google and Meta measurement on this website in this browser. While it is off, we don't load Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta pixel, we don't keep the campaign codes from your visit, and we don't give Google a scrambled copy of your details. To limit Google and Meta elsewhere, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's My Ad Center, or change your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Essential storage
Some browser storage is needed for the website to work, such as remembering the choice you make on this page. It is always on.
